Tara Arnold, the step daughter of Linda Arnold and daughter of Matt Arnold of the Bryan Police Department, was killed in a car crash October 29, 2006 at the age of twenty. A scholarship was established in Tara's honor for Williams County Students studying criminal justice or a criminal justice field.
