Bicycle Safety Rodeo

On Saturday July 10, 2004 between 10:00 a.m. and noon, The Wheel Shop, Bryan Police Department and Williams County EMS sponsored a bicycle safety rodeo at the Library parking lot.  
  This free program was open to the public.
  Five skill stations were set up to test the riders ability in slow speed maneuvering, stopping, obstacle avoidance and turning. 
  Prior to riding the course participants received a free bicycle safety inspection courtesy of The Wheel Shop.
  Andy the Ambulance also made an appearance along with Larry the Lion.
 The Bryan Police Department would like the thank The Wheel Shop 140 N Main Street Bryan (419) 633-1177, Williams County EMS, The Bryan Police Explorers and the Bryan Public Library for their help in making this event possible.
